Weicon Flex 310 M Hybrid

Weicon, the manufacturer of special chemical products, has developed a universal adhesive and sealant that is suitable for many areas of industry – Weicon Flex 310 M Hybrid.

Universally applicable, strong adhesion and flexibility

Flex 310 M Hybrid is universally applicable, permanently elastic, fast-curing and provides strong adhesion. The 1-component SMP-based adhesive and sealant offers high elasticity, good mechanical strength, is non-corrosive to surfaces and can be sanded and painted over. Flex 310 M Hybrid is neutrally cross-linking, highly weather-resistant and low in both odour and emissions. The flexible adhesive and sealant is free from silicone, isocyanate and solvents.

Suitable for a wide range of surfaces

It adheres very well to powder-coated, galvanised, anodised, chromated or hot-dip galvanised surfaces, even without extensive surface pre-treatment with a primer. The adhesive and sealant adheres to a wide variety of materials, such as metal, various plastics, natural stone, concrete, masonry, plaster, wooden floors, glass etc.

For different industrial sectors

The universal adhesive and sealant can be used in many industrial areas, such as tank and apparatus construction, car body, container and vehicle construction, pipework and fitting construction, in the energy and electrical industries, in insulation technology and in plastics technology. In addition, Weicon Flex 310 M Hybrid has a high mould resistance and is compatible with natural stone. This also makes it suitable for use in the sanitary sector or in the construction industry.

Easy to use

The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean and free of oil, grease and dust. The processing temperature of the adhesive and sealant is between +5 °C and +40 °C. The skin forms after around ten minutes, and the first two to three millimetres of the material harden in the first 24 hours.
